LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
Patousakia shop is not responsible for any losses or damage that may occur during shipping or delivery. Lost orders are at the expense of the receiver. Please contact your local post/sorting office with any questions regarding your missing order. We unfortunately, do not have any control over this and we apologise for any inconvenience it may cause.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Patousakia wants you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase and need to exchange your merchandise, we will gladly accept your timely return for an exchange. You have 12 days to return any of the products that you have purchased starting at the date of receiving your package.

We will not accept the return of any products that has been used, washed, not labelled, has undergone some damage or is not in its original packaging. For that reason, we request you to be careful with the product until you return it. We reserve the right to check the products carefully before agreeing to any exchange or return. We will only exchange products which are in the original condition as shipped.
Items including swimsuit, underwear, socks, tights, hair accessories, hats, Furniture and discounted/SALE items will not be accepted for exchange, unless received by the customer in damaged or defective condition.

If we have made a mistake regarding your order or something you have ordered is no longer in stock, we will assume the shipping costs. If that case, please contact us as soon as possible here.

Returns for orders within Cyprus:

Email us
at stating your order number (which can be found on the invoice emailed to you) and the products you would like to return and the reason of the return.
Once your email is received and return request is approved, we will send you an email informing you on how to return the products back to us. The return process is to send it back to us at an Akis Express courier’s branch.
Return costs are at the customer’s expense.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
For International returns you as the customer are responsible for the payment of postage/shipping for returns. Patousakia will not pay the postage of any unwanted items unless they are faulty. Should you receive a faulty item we will arrange repayment of shipping once goods have been received.

Please send your return using a secure and trackable method. Please ask for and keep proof of postage. Posting is your responsibility and if the package is lost, we will be unable to refund you for the item.
You will receive an email confirming that we have received your return.

GIFT RETURN
If you are returning an item you received as a gift, please follow the same procedure, and send us an email and we will advise you how to return the gift product. When the gift product is returned, we will send you a gift voucher of the same value to be used for other products on our website.
Please note that gift returns cannot be exchanged for money but only for other products on our website.

REFUNDS
We will refund the amount for the
items returned less the original shipping fee charged.
Once your return is received,
kindly allow for 5-10 business days to be processed and funds to show in your
bank account. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method
unless it is a gift return. Please see below for Gift returns.

EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange your product for an alternative, please follow the returns process outlined above. We can either exchange your product for another one of the same amount or provide you with a coupon code of the same amount and you can place an order of your choice again.
